Dur kheer

Ingredients:


Milk                       -              ½ lit
Sugar                     -              ¼ kg
Sabudana(Sago)-             100 grm
Rice                        -              100 grm
Coconut               -              100 grm
Dry fruits
Cardamom

Preparation:



Soak sago for 1 hour. Grind rice and coconut in a mixer and keep it aside. Now heat milk in a bowl and add sugar. See the sugar mixes completely in the milk. Now add soaked sago and make it cook for 2 minutes. Now add rice and coconut mixture and make it cook for 10 minutes. Now fry the dry fruits in the ghee and add this into the milk. Lastly add cardamom (elachi) to the milk and serve hot.
