Ingredients:
Chick pea - 1 cup
Onion - 1 nos
Green Chilli - 3 nos
Red chilli powder - 1 tbls
Salt, turmeric - taste
Cholae masala - 1 tbls
Sugar - 1 tbls
Food color - wish
Butter - 2 – 3 tbls
Coriander leaves -
Potato - 2 Nos
Tomato - 2 Nos
Preparation:
Soak chickpea overnight and cook it in a pressure cooker
for 6 – 7 whistles.
Take a bowl add chickpea and potato mash it and keep it
aside.
Take oil in pan, when hot add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,
chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves and coriander leaves. After a minute add
onion, chilli and cook for 2 minutes and add tomato, turmeric, ginger garlic
paste and fry it. Now add some water and cook for 2 minutes. Now add mashed
boiled potato and chickpea, cholae masala and water to it, stir it completely
and cook for 3 minutes in a small flame. Now add sugar, food color and butter
in the bowl and serve hot in a serving bowl.
