Ragi Java

Ingredients:

 

Ragi Powder        -    1 Cup
Curd            -    1 Cup
Leamon Juice        -    1 tbls
Ginger            -    1 tbls
Green Chilli(sliced)    -    1 No
Salt            -    Taste

Preparation:

 

Take some water in a pan, add salt, green chilli & ginger to it. Make this boil still it attains bubbles on the top. Now take a cup add ragi powder to it. Add water to the powder slowly to make it paste (Note: See no powder balls appear in the paste). Add this paste into the pan and stirr it. Cook this mixture for 15 minutes even more if required.
After the Preparation of java take it in a bowl, add curd and leamon juice to it. Mix it and serve hot.
