Potato & Egg Salad

This is an excellent dish which may be ready prior to and that all the family can relish. Moreover, as being an excellent lunch it conjointly makes an excellent facet for gammon steaks.

Ingradients:

Stewed potatoes,
Stewed eggs,
Shredded celery,
Sliced radishes,
Chives and Cress.

Directions:

  • Cut off all the above ingradients into pieces. 
  • Take it in a bowl and serve it. 
  • It's a refreshing, however satisfying dish which will keep you full and energized. 
It would be good if you can have the food before 3 hrs not more.
