Ground nut chikki with Jaggery(Bellam in telugu)

Ingredients:

Ground nut   :     1/2 kg
Jaggery         :    1/2 kg
Water           :     1/2 cup

Preparation:

  • Fry ground nuts in a pan/kadai till it turns red.
  • Make it cool down and remove the waste and keep it aside.
  • Now take another pan and add graded Jaggery and water.
  • Make the stove in a slow flame and boil it.
  • Take a bowl with water. This water helps to check the thickness of liquid often.
  • Add the jaggery liquid in water, it should get a ball shape.
  • Soon add the ground nuts in the jaggery liquid and mix it.
  • Take a plate, add ghee and apply thoroughly. 
  • Now pour the jaggery mixture into the plate.
  • Healthy groundnut chikki ready to eat.
Benefits of eating groundnut chikki:
This helps in improvement of blood in body.
Taking  20 grm of chikki a day helps improve blood and reduces anaemia.
Blood improves within a month. Just check and comment.
Dont use sugar chikki, it will not cure anaemia.
