Preparation:
Fry Turdal, green gram, Bengal gram and Horse gram in a pan, see the ingredients attain red colour.
Cool down the ingredients.
Now grind this ingredients in the mixer. Add chilli powder, salt and garlic cloves to this powder and grind again.
This powder should be slightly crunchy for more taste.
