Ingredients:
Bottle gurad Graded - 1 cup
Rice flour - 3 tbls
corn flour - 1 tbls
Oil - 3 tbls
Green chilli - 2 Nos
Salt - As required
Garlic - 1 nos
Cumin - 1/2 tbls
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander leaves
Preparation:
Take a bowl add Rice flour, Graded bottle guard, green chilli, cumin seeds, garlic pieces, salt, curry leaves, coriande leaves and mix it.
Take a bowl and add oil make it heat. Take the above mixture and press it like roti. When oil is hot add this roti in the bowl by spreading oil throughout the bowl. For details see the figure above.
We can add 2- 3 rotis at one time. Now place another bowl on the bowl by adding water. Make it cook till it attains red color. Now remove the rotis from the bowl and serve hot.
Now most delicious bottle guard roti is ready to serve.
Tips:
We have also seen the deepfry roti. Now this is roti with less oil.
As we cook this is vapour its good for health.
Bottle guard is a low calourie food.
Try to use less oil if required.
