Lasagna Light

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooked whole-wheat spaghetti[Noodles/ Long Pasta]
1/4 cup part-skim ricotta
1/3 cup prepared tomato sauce
1/2 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1 Coleman Natural Mild Italian Chicken Sausage link, cooked
2 cups spinach

Directions: 


  • Take a bowl, add spaghetti, ricotta, red chilli flakes.
  • Add Sause to this on the top.
  • Now add spinach and serve.
