Directions:
- Farro is an Italian Grain rich in essential nutrients such as magnesium, B vitamins, niacin, zinc, protein, and fiber.
- Pan-sear chicken in one Tbsp oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to style, then dice.
- Sauté onion and squash with remaining oil. Stir in free till coated in oil.
- Add 2/3 cups water, waken a boil, stir, cut back the heat, and cover.
- Cook twenty minutes or till soft. Stir in chicken, parsley, and cheese, and serve.
