Cilantro Shrimp with Squash, Chard, and Wild Rice

Ingredients:



8 large shrimp
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 cup Swiss chard
1/4 cup dry wild rice blend

Directions:


  • Take a pan, add olive oil, when hot, add shrimp and heat for 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Now add cilantro and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add lime juice to this.
  • Vapor squash and chard for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Cook rice and serve hot.
  • Shrimps  are the ideal food for those who are willing to slim/ cut pounds.
