Salmon fillet dish

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets with skin on (6 ounce portions)
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, finely shredded
2 tablespoons tasteless butter, softened
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash original mix seasoning
Pam preparation spray for prime temporary worker preparation
Aluminum foil



Directions:

Remove salmon fillets from white goods and permit them to achieve temperature.
Make topping: in an exceedingly little bowl, mix sun dried tomatoes and butter. combine totally and put aside.
Preheat grill or forged iron griddle to medium heat. Brush fillets with grapeseed oil and season with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
Generously spray preparation surface with preparation spray. Place fillets on the grill, skin facet up. Grill facet while not skin for about 2-3 minutes, looking at fastidiously to not burn.
Flip to skin down facet and grill for 3-4 minutes. cowl with foil till skin is tender.
Preheat kitchen appliance to 375 degrees. Place generous portion of sun dried tomato primeping on top of fillets. Heat for one more 6-7 minutes, till sun dried tomatoes begin to crisp.
Serve directly.
