Dough for chapathi or phulka

Ingredients:

Wheat flour   :   3 cups

Oil     : 2 tbls

Salt   :   1 tbls

Water : As required. 

Preparation:

Take a bowl. Add 3 cups of wheat flour.

Now add 1 tbls of salt and two tbls of oil in the flour.

Mix it well.

Now add a small quantity of water and start mixing the flour. Do it continuously till the dough is prepared.

Lastly apply oil on the dough.

Keep it rest for 30 mins and make Chapathi or Puri.

Karam Podi(Powder)


Ingredients:


Red Chilli   -   100 Grm
Cumin seeds  -  2 tbls
Coriander seeds   -  1/2 cup
Curry leaves   -   1/2 cup
Urad dal     -  1 cup
Chana dal  -   1 cup
Tamarind   -   20 grm
Garlic   -  1 full
black pepper - 1 - 2 table spoons

Preparation:

Fry all the above ingredients in a pan seperately.
Using oil is optional to fry (may or may not).
Now grind them in the mixer.
Now healthy karam powder is ready to eat.
Very tasty with rice, dosa, idli and much more...
Very helathy, good for health..

Healthy drink for dry cough

In rainy and winter season everyone suffers from cough and cold frequently. To get rid of this try this juice which made me really relaxed within an hour. 

Remember this is for Dry cough.

Ingradients:

 Water  -  1 glass

Lemon - 1/2 piece

Sugar - 1 table spoon


Preparation:

Take water in a bowl.

Heat it to the boiling point.

Now take this water in a glass, add lemon juice and one spoon sugar in it.

Mix well drink hot(very hot).
